Rat-On-A-Stick is a shop in South Haven, around Solhaven, that sells food and specializes in rats-on-sticks. The cart is permanently set up at the corner of Kraken and Plover in South Haven, just south of the bath house.
The proprietor is the rat vendor Snarkie.
