Arrival

Wehnimer's Landing: Expecting Visitors 01/21/2015

Last evening a human named Redding arrived at Hearthstone Porch, his quiet voice claiming he was from the Order of the Night's Blade, an organization dedicated to Ronan. He sought out Falvicar and Mohrgan and wished to speak with them more in depth on the Eve of the Huntress. (This Friday)

Shortly after the visit from the Ronanite, Grand Magister Pylasar arrived for a brief visit, where he shared his mild distress over the fact that some members of the Hall of Mages in the Swale had been dispatched to Wehnimer's Landing, likely to confront Pylasar and Raelee in regards to their actions over the previous months and year. In addition, the Chastonian soldiers left behind in town after the closure of Pylasar's fog portal, have begun preparations to travel back to the Swale, following the visit from the Hall of Mages set for the eve of Feastday. (This Saturday)

Overhead by some townspeople, a few of the Chastonian soldiers were discussing the dark sorcerer named Rekarth, now dubbed "The Black Diabolist" in some parts of the Empire for his discovered role in creating bone-masked golems, made from the flesh of Chastonian soldiers, that helped attack the Demonwall and aided in part of its destruction near Barrett's Gorge.

History

As a member of the Order of the Night's Blade, Redding traveled to Wehnimer's Landing to meet Falvicar and Mohrgan, both steadfast devotees of Ronan, Lord of Dreams.

In the spring of 5116, Redding was captured by Chaston Griffin, accused of working in concert with Luukosians, and put on trial. During this trial, Redding was heard to confess to the charges. He was later tied to a stake and burned alive, presumably until death.

Since his burning, there has been some contention as to his death. Some adventurers have stated that they have been visited by him in child form.
