Servants of Lumnis

Servants of Lumnis are Spirits Servants bound to jewelry items that are available as a rare drop during Rings of Lumnis. These were first released in 2022 with five varieties corresponding to the five spheres of Lumnis' influence: Order, Chaos, Elemental, Spiritual, and Planar. The jewelry items function similarly to standard Spirit Servant runestones, with the bound servants having descriptions and additional ambient messages unique to their servant type. In addition, users who do not have knowledge of Spirit Servant can RUB the jewelry item to summon the bound servant. Analyze You analyze your gemstone brooch and sense that the creator has provided the following information: Released at Rings of Lumnis in 5122, the brooch must be worn to activate (using rub) its special Servant of Lumnis Spirit Servant: a smoke and fire chaos-rider If you know spell 218, then you may CAST at the brooch to gain the special Servant of Lumnis Spirit Servant. An irregular-surfaced raw gemstone brooch has a maximum of 2 uses before it goes into a cooldown cycle. You may alter the brooch freely, though nothing about the Servant of Lumnis may be changed. It must remain a pin-worn item and should have a chaos theme. You get no sense of whether or not the brooch may be further lightened. Chaos Servant a smoke and fire chaosrider Composed of one part light and one part darkness, the chaosrider has a form filled with smoke and flame that is bound together by raw energy to create a lithe form that vaguely resembles a gangly adolescent. Wild hair, constantly moving and undulating in a mane of flame red, haloes (his/her) youthful face, which is filled with mischievous intent. Wide eyes flicker between deepest black and brightest orange at a moment's notice as (he/she) hovers barefoot above the ground. Elemental Servant a plump viridian warden of the elements Diminutive, portly, and barefoot, the warden has a cheery countenance and an ethereal body fashioned of viridian light that pales to the softest of greens at its center. Wide eyes take in the world with wonder and curiosity, while a partially formed smile perpetually dimples (his/her) rounded cheeks. Light airy clothing drifts about (his/her) frame in an unseen wind, and (his/her) hair mimics that movement as wild ringlets stand out from (his/her) head. Stocky and surefooted, the lithe knight is alert and vaguely resembles (race) (man/woman). Tidy and well-groomed are only a few of the characteristics that denote (him/her) as a perfect example of (his/her) race, though (his/her) garb and armaments seem archaic and from a time long forgotten. Wary eyes and a stoic countenance lend (his/her) ethereal, alabaster form a silent seriousness. Arrival Messaging Lightly brushing your fingers across your brow, you invoke with a small bit of concentration on your ivory brooch. As your fingers fall, alabaster light begins to pool on the ground before you. After the briefest of moments, a form rises out of the ethereal puddle to form an alabaster (player's race) knight. Ambient Messaging Tugging his shield close to his form, an alabaster (player’s race) knight stills all movement and cants his head to the side as if listening to something only he can hear. Gripping the collar of his armor, an alabaster (player’s race) knight tugs slightly to adjust the weight of it on his shoulders. Maintaining a wary eye on his surroundings, an alabaster (player’s race) knight shifts his weight. Rolling his shoulders, an alabaster (player’s race) knight cranes his neck as if to crack it, but no sound issues from the silent warrior. Crouching briefly, an alabaster (player’s race) knight balances on the balls of his feet, his shield resting upon one knee, as he inspects the ground. An alabaster (player’s race) knight shifts his gaze to the sky for a moment before turning to (player) and offering (him/her) a crisp salute. Affecting a casualness that is a decided contrast to the wariness of his gaze, an alabaster (player's race) knight moves to parade rest and lowers his shield loosely to his side. Planar Servant a slender crimson planes-strider Wavering crimson light gives the ethereal being a fiery countenance that darkens to near black at its core, while (his/her) eyes, ears, lips, and nose are sanguineous in hue. (His/Her) entire body and gear hold the same opaque hue, though hard outlines are given to (his/her) long legs and narrow physique. (His/Her) almond-shaped eyes house an alien light that is made all the more surreal by (his/her) elongated features and vacant gaze. Arrival Messaging Using a quintuple-ringed eahnor brooch fitted with red obsidian cabochons, you invoke Spirit Servant by issuing quiet words and careful gestures, causing a crimson mist to seep from the surface of the brooch and pool upon the ground in front of you. Slowly, the mist elongates and stretches into a long-legged planes-strider with alien features and garb fashioned of otherworldly light. Maintaining his distance, a slender crimson planes-strider hovers in the air and gazes about impassively. Minutely inspecting the ground, a slender crimson planes-strider holds his hand out, spreading his fingers wide and waving them briefly before curling his fingers into his palm and turning it towards the sky. Pointing at the sky, a slender crimson planes-strider joins all of his fingers together to form a cone with his hand and then slowly lowers it. An ethereal raven skull bathed in crimson slowly descends from above and hovers in front of him for a moment before scattering like dust on an unseen wind. Spiritual Servant an ethereal azure spirit-guardian Shod in simple sandals, the spirit-guardian is clothed in a voluminous frock of bright blue that is thickly cowled. (His/Her) azure face is framed by a rounded hood that culminates in a liripipe that trails down (his/her) back and brushes the ground. A cincture of alternating white, black, red, green, and blue beads encircles (his/her) waist, the long ends terminating in a gold quintuple symbol.
