NPC shops, or non-player shops, are permanent shops built and maintained by GM's and placed in towns. These may use the ORDER system or have wares that are on display. This also includes common shops such as the gemshop, furrier, and pawnshop where people sell goods to an automated non-player character. Traveling carts that are always available are also includable in this category.
Other types of shops are player run shops and shops at pay events and festivals. These do not belong in this category.
