Sinlycha Vaalor
Sinlycha Vaalor was the wife of Argent Mirror Elmelan Illistim, and mother of Lahrair "The Child Argent", whose military service to the Crimson Legion was replaced with what eventually became the Sabrar. Her family was a prominent manufacturer of Vaaloran weapons, and many have speculated that their marriage was a political alliance of some kind, though supposedly it was a happy one. Her untimely death was apparently the result of assassination, possibly by the precursors of the Council of Thrones or some other faction. She was known to have had three daughters, with possibly only one having survived.
Sinlycha was known to support a close relationship between Vaalor and Illistim. She was once quoted as saying, "Ta'Vaalor is worth defending, but Ta'Illistim is worth fighting for."

The whole assemblage is affixed to a tapered eahnor hairband. A trio of charms dangles from the red metal -- two are gold teardrops and the third, at the spot where a ferroniere would sit, is an aureate wyvern. Next to the hairpiece is a small plaque. >read caul In the Common language, it reads: This headdress was worn by Sinlycha when she married Argent Mirror Elmelan. Vaalorian by birth, Sinlycha wore the piece on her wedding day and then put it aside. In its place she had a copy made, replacing the crimson and gold with silver and blue. Though always an advocate for a fuller relationship between the two city-states, Sinlycha embraced her new home and was once quoted as saying, "Ta'Vaalor is worth defending, but Ta'Illistim is worth fighting for."
