Skaeven could be found in the shop, Masqued Intentions, at Evermore Hollow.

Appearance

You see Master Skaeven.
Due to the dark mask he wears, it is difficult to determine his race...or even whether he is living or dead.
He is average height.  His features are hidden beneath a dark mask, though his beady black eyes shine through.  He has raggedly cut, stringy amber hair.  Little else about his appearance is easy to distinguish.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing some tattered ebon linen robes shrouded in scarlet runes, a dark leather belt pouch, and a dark mask.
