Appearance

You see Thalrien the Acqsael.
Faintly glowing translucent fins fan outward from his forearms and down the back of his torso.  A long, flowing tail covered in iridescent crystal sea green scales extends below the waist.  His facial features are almost elven, with almond-shaped vermilion eyes, high cheekbones, and gently pointed ears.  He has flowing locks of silver hair streaked with pale coral.
He is holding a steel handaxe in his right hand and a frayed seagrass bracelet set with cracked shells in his left hand.
He is wearing a hamered golden medallion etched with a nautilus shell, a braided moonkelp amulet, a fitted leather vest with carved driftwood toggles, and a woven kelp pouch.
