The Fishmonger's Wife

The Fishmonger's Wife is a shop in Ta'Illistim that sells groceries and/or cooking supplies and specializes in raw fish.

The shop entrance is a glass-set pale marble establishment located in Shimmarglin Court.

Hand-drawn diagrams of several gill-bearing animals are arranged across the elongated back wall of the ivory-tiled shop, the annotations clearly labeled in bold, ebony calligraphy. A rhimar-framed glass counter sits at the center of the sunbleached oak floorboards, displaying a collection of fresh fish and bivalves between tiny placards set on small wire ships. Affixed across the crossbeams are old fishing nets, the braided hemp lattices entrapping crustaceans crafted from colorful parchment.
