Title: Letter to the Owl, undated

Author: Ysaeril (prime)

Uncharacteristic to the flowing text below, doodles dot the header of the page...

Dear friend, if you could please confirm my summation of your instruction, I would be most appreciative.

"As a complement to elothrai and lotus silk in Atan Irith, Erithians of the DragonSpine Mountain honor the earthly realm through artistry of stone, or surath. In a technique referred to as suratha, silken fabric is hand-painted to depict in real or abstract terms, gemological and geologic patterns and mountainous scenery. The process is used to craft tapestries and clothing alike, for professional and formal address. Alternatively, a statement piece of folded suratha silk may be used for conversations best left unsaid."

Next, I shall focus on the water-coloring technique for an aura agita swatch.

All the best, Y.

Included in the package is a marbled grey silk scarf graced by a scroll-shaped blue geode ornament, a swatch of silk hand-painted in a spire-shaped blue sapphire pattern, a swatch of silk finished in faux inky black hematite cross-weave, and a silken swatch featuring a pale-ridged black marble silhouette.
