Gem-inlaid blue teak cart

The gem-inlaid blue teak cart is a wandering cart in the Eastern Harbor, around Mist Harbor, that sells cobbling materials. It is available in the summer and is run by a petite sylvan merchant.

Sunlight slants across the cobblestone street and illuminates the windows of the edifice that has an elegant painted sign dangling over its entry. Lost in the shadows of the large building, a small alley stretches to the south and offers a glimpse of the street below. Entwined with sunset-hued plumerias and lined with benches, a white picket fence creates a protective barrier that prevents pedestrians from falling down the sheer cliff on the other side. You also see a gem-inlaid blue teak cart with some stuff on it and a petite sylvan merchant.
