PUSH No tool Lacking a proper utensil, you opt to just shove your hand into the ingredients in a tooled copper mixing bowl. You work them by repeatedly clenching your fist and pushing with the heel of your palm. At first, the mixture merely squishes between your fingers, but it eventually blends into a ball of pie dough.
