Brittle crystalline stalk can be foraged in the Elemental Confluence. It can be put into jars (though this is not acceptable for bounties).
To forage for it, use the term crystalline stalk.
One should either not store them for a long time or manipulate them often, as they will disintegrate when trying to remove them from a container after awhile:
