PAINT is a mechanical verb. It is used in conjunction with an Artist's Easel as well as with paintsticks for face painting and fletching.
Usage

In certain locations or with certain targets, one of the following may apply:
PAINT {target} - Paint an image of someone or something
PAINT {image} - Paint an image
PAINT {target}; {image} - Paint an image on something
