Buzzing fills the hollow interior of this massive mistwood tree. The occasional bee flits past you, gone in an instant as it heads up from a rabble of the tiny creatures defensively swarming the entrance from intrusion. Gnarled growths along the walls form a series of narrow ledges that ascend into a massive honeycomb hive covered in busy worker drones. You also see a honey-covered mistwood barrel and an amber sap-coated shelf.

Inside the hive you see thick, overlapping layers of honeycomb laden with nectar and encapsulated with beeswax. The thick amber liquid produced by the inhabitants here oozes and drips slowly around a dark crack, towards a shallow hole where a large knot has fallen free from the adjoining bough. Thousands upon thousands of worker drones buzz around you, seemingly docile and undisturbed by your presence. You also see a narrow wax-covered ridge.
