Snooty green goblin

A snooty green goblin is the cashier of Talondown Arena aboard the Firebird. He sells various items for Spirit Beasts in exchange for redsteel marks. Inquiring about sales brings up the current shop inventory for Talondown Arena Cashier.

Appearance

A snooty green goblin is a goblin wearing a surcoat.  You should probably INQUIRE with him about any questions, mostly because a good surcoat can even make a goblin look knowledgeable and a bit snooty.
