Nebular Weapon

Nebular Weapons were released at the June 2018 run of Duskruin in the Penitent Petitioner shop. During the night, Nebular Weapons grow stronger (bonus to Attack Strength) from the moment the sun sets until midnight (+6 to AS as Tier 1 and +12 at Tier 2) when they are at their strongest. As the night wanes, so does their power and after sunrise, they grow even weaker until noon (-4 to AS) when they are at their weakest. Certificates to unlock Nebular Weapons are sold at Certifiable at Duskruin. Tier 1 The item receives a time-based AS or DS adjustment ranging from -4 during the day to +6 at night. It has a Combat Effectiveness Rating of 20 and unlocks RUB, SALUTE, and TILT.
