Recharge refers to the adding of charges to an item that is imbued with spell energy, usually via the use of [[Charge Item (517)]]. A puzzle at [[Melgorehn's Reach]] is rumored to be able to achieve the same ends, though via a very different means.
Recharging is the process of adding charges to [[magical item]]s. The primary method of recharging is by use of the [[Charge Item (517)]] spell. Additionally, the altar in the moon chamber at the top of [[Melgorehn's Reach]] may be used to recharge certain magical items. Finally, the occassional [[merchant]] provides extended recharging services, often being able to recharge items unchargable by players and to higher capacities than players.
