Inner Harmony is a Martial Stance combat maneuver available to Monks only. A monk using Inner Harmony will focus themself in order to shake off many negative spell effects. There is a 75% chance at rank 1, and a 100% chance at rank 2, to shake off a negative spell effect every 30 seconds. At rank 3, it is possible to shake off a negative spell effect immediately upon assuming the stance.
