WRITE is roleplaying verb that requires a target.
In order to create letters or other custom messages, the user will need a form of media, such as labels, writable books, stationery paper, or mail paper, and a writing implement, such as a quill, stylus, or chalk. One can write in a different language by using the SPEAK <language> to switch.
There also other items that use this verb that do not require a writing implement, but also do not allow for custom messages.
