An important battle in the [[Undead War]] in which [[Taki Rassien]] of the [[Vaalor]] led the [[Sabrar]] to battle at [[ShadowGuard]], planning to stop the [[undead]] assault on the [[Elven Empire]] during the Undead War there and force them back. However, the undead destroyed almost all of those elves present at the battle. Despite the devastating defeat of the elves, this battle marks the War's turning point. After this, the elven houses were shocked and banded together against [[Despana]] under the [[Faendryl]]. This battle was the last time [[Dharthiir]], Despana's general, was seen. Legend holds that one of Rassien's last acts was to slay the arch-lich. |

An important battle in the Undead War in which Taki Rassien of the Vaalor led the Sabrar to battle at ShadowGuard, planning to stop the undead assault on the Elven Empire during the Undead War there and force them back. However, the undead destroyed almost all of those elves present at the battle. Despite the devastating defeat of the elves, this battle marks the War's turning point. After this, the elven houses were shocked and banded together against Despana under the Faendryl. This battle was the last time Dharthiir, Despana's general, was seen. Legend holds that one of Rassien's last acts was to slay the arch-lich.
