Lacheis was the Grand Assassin of the Council of Light, first appearing in 5102 and lastly around 5105. He was played by GM Khaladon. He was largely tied to the story of the Council leaving Wehnimer's Landing for its satellites in Solhaven and Ta'Vaalor.
Description
You see Lacheis Taurvon. He appears to be a Human. He appears to be senescent. He has hazel eyes and black skin. He has very long, black hair. He is in good shape. He is holding a well-balanced steel sabre in his right hand. He is wearing some black linen trousers, a rugged leather harness, a jeweled sabre sheath, a dark grey travelling cloak, a wide-brimmed black felt hat, an unlaced pleated black silk shirt, and an iron-bound hide shield.
He also appeared as a Dark Elf. It is unknown if this was an illusion for work or depending on his mood, or if he was just never properly identified as a Dark Elf or Dhe'nar.
Background
He was often cited as the "Man in Black" type figure in various murders and news clippings. As time went he simply got more brazen. He was never brought to justice.
Henchmen or aids included Rarl, Garrilon, Vorston and Direphen. They each wore rings indicating some type of station or service.
