The Kraken's Dispatch

The Kraken's Dispatch is a shop in the Flotilla that sells mailing supplies.

The shop entrance is a polished oaken sailing ship. This is a rotating shop and may not be available at certain times. 

The proprietor is Skip the Sailor.

Polished from stem to stern, the ship has pristine sails painted with the flotilla's signature ebon kraken floating in a crimson pool on a field of emerald green. Large crates are stacked everywhere, each stamped with various ports of call and the phrase, "Mail for the Flotilla if you can find it." A spacious staircase leads down, with a neatly lettered sign right next to it. You also see an extra-wide polished cedar ramp.

Behind a polished mahogany counter, shelves and cubbies line the walls, filled to overflowing with packages, parcels, envelopes, and letters. Mail accoutrements for purchase are neatly displayed along the walls closest to the spacious staircase leading up to the main deck. You also see a burly tattooed sailor.
