Nebular Weapons were released at the June 2018 run of Duskruin in the Penitent Petitioner shop. During the night, Nebular Weapons grow stronger (bonus to Attack Strength) from the moment the sun sets until midnight (+6 to AS as Tier 1 and +12 at Tier 2) when they are at their strongest. As the night wanes, so does their power and after sunrise, they grow even weaker until noon (-4 to AS) when they are at their weakest. Certificates to unlock Nebular Weapons are sold at Certifiable at Duskruin. Tier 1Tier 1 Nebular Weapons have access to three verbs for messaging.AnalyzeYou analyze your vultite falchion and sense that the creator has provided the following information: This is a Nebular Weapon that grants its wielder the power of starlight during the hours of the night by giving a bonus that increases as the night reaches its apex. However, as the night wanes, so do its powers, and it begins to give a minus during the day. The falchion has access to the following verbs at its current tier of 1 (OTS) out of 4: rub, salute, and tilt. You may alter this item freely provided that it never has a description that would oppose the spheres of Ronan's domain. Usage
Tier 2At this tier, the AS bonus doubles. The weapon also gains access to three more verbs.AnalyzeThe falchion has access to the following verbs at its current tier of 2 out of 4: bow, pray, rub, salute, tilt, and touch. Usage
