This article is about the premium home verb. For the private property verb, see Verb:PROPERTY.

The HOME verb is used by premium players to claim or adjust their home.

Help

Please note: The below populates with HOME only. There is a separate HOME HELP command that details additional information regarding interacting with a premium home.

Usage:
  HOME CLAIM claims a home in your current room.
  HOME CHANGE changes the way your room is described.
  HOME SWAP enables you to swap the position of your 'bed' and 'table' items.
  HOME GUEST {player} sets ONE guest who may enter the home at any time.
  HOME GUEST CLEAR clears your guest.
  HOME SCENT changes the scent of your home.
  HOME PRIVACY {FAMILIAR | LOCATE} turns privacy options on or off.
  HOME SAVE saves your room description, scent, privacy options and guest.
  HOME TRANSFER transfers ownership to the character typing the command.  You
            must stand in the room of your home entrance to use this command.
  HOME DEED creates a deed for your home, which can be sold or moved.
  HOME HELP {#} gives you online help.

Usage

CLAIM

HOME CLAIM is used to claim a home within a neighborhood.

CHANGE

HOME CHANGE is used to change the room description. There are preset options available to choose from.

SWAP

HOME SWAP is used to swap the position of the "bed" and "table" items. This allows replacement of each with a separate category of furniture.

GUEST

HOME GUEST {player} allows the home owner to designate a single guest that can access the home at any time.

CLEAR

HOME GUEST CLEAR clears the guest designation on a designated guest.

SCENT

HOME SCENT is used by the home owner to manage the scent of their home.

Valid Class Names:

Scent Numbers are 1-99, Strengths 1-10
To change your scent, change the class first.

CHANGE

HOME SCENT CHANGE is used to change the scent of the home by class, scent number, and strength.

  • HOME SCENT CHANGE <CLASSNAME> toggles to the designated class. Changing the scent class name will automatically change the scent in the home to the applicable scent associated with the prior scent number.

  • HOME SCENT CHANGE SCENT <SCENT #> changes the scent to a designated scent number within the current scent class group.

  • HOME SCENT CHANGE STRENGTH <#> changes how strong the home's scent will be.

LIST

HOME SCENT LIST <CLASSNAME> will output available scent within a class and their corresponding numbers. Please see the premium home list of scents to view available options.

PRIVACY

HOME PRIVACY {FAMILIAR|LOCATE} toggles privacy settings based on type.

FAMILIAR

HOME PRIVACY FAMILIAR toggles the ability for wizard familiars to enter a home.

Familiars will be barred from your home.

Familiars may now enter your home.

LOCATE

HOME PRIVACY LOCATE toggles the ability for location spells to locate a home owner within their home.

SAVE

HOME SAVE preserves all updated settings and preferences of a home.

TRANSFER

HOME HELP 15, or "Where is my home?", isn't a true help topic in HOME HELP as it outputs the location of the home owner's premium home, including neighborhood, town, and the home's facade.
