- This article is about the Major Elemental spell, Strength. For the statistic, see Strength.
This spell increases the targets strength, effectively increasing their attack strength using melee weapons and reducing encumbrance. Without the benefit of Elemental Lore, Earth, this spell adds +15 to a character's attack strength. It provides an additional bonus to this value based on seed 4 of the summation chart. For example, four ranks in Elemental Lore, Earth provide a +16 bonus to attack strength while 184 ranks in Elemental Lore, Earth add a +31 bonus to attack strength. The Lore benefit is only seen when the spell is used on the caster, not when cast on others.
