TELL is the verb used to command various subservient beings in GemStone. Each applicable spell will have its own set of commands. This verb is used with the following spells:

General Usage

  • TELL {servant|companion|eye|mdemon|animate|familiar} : displays a list of commands for that particular being
  • TELL {servant|companion|eye|mdemon|animate|familiar} {command} : instructs the being to perform specified command
