A health-well potion will increase the total hit points the user has. These potions can be created by an empath training in the Alchemic Potions subskill of Alchemy.
The hit points gained by use of this item will not be used in determining the AS and DS formula when accounting for missing hit points.

A minor health-well potion adds 10 hit points to the drinker's hit point total for half an hour.
