Ragalatan was a Halfling town of the Brughan tribe of halflings.
Ragalatan gained prominence as the site of a Brughan massacre by the Ardenai soldiers during the Horse War. During the war, Ardenai troops believed the town to be a Brughan military outpost and attacked. Despite finding only old halflings and children, they killed the inhabitants.
