Mistress Tufeetti is the owner of The Third Eye at Caligos Isle and is owned by GM Thandiwe.

You see Mistress Tufeetti the Peddler.
She appears to be a Half-Elf.
She is shorter than average and has petite of frame.  She appears to be very young.  She has large, lash-haloed sea green eyes and pinkish, fair skin.  She has shoulder-length, curly ash blonde hair riddled with indigo and silver strands that is pulled back from her face in twin ponytails that twist into shoulder-dusting corkscrews.  She has a round, full face, a small nose and a dusting of freckles across the apples of her cheeks.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a black-flecked jade zirah bouk in her right hand and a cord-strung seashell pendant in her left hand.
She is wearing a moonstone-set translucent crystal, a simple jut-strung seashell, a tapered teal suede jerkin over a high-collared light chartreuse linen tunic with embroidered wrist-cuffs, a bright white cotton sash hip-tied and trailing fringe, a pair of bloused pale chartreuse pantaloons with team embroidered ankle-cuffs, and some white jade and teal river jasper-beaded footflowers.
