Description

You have specialized in a weapon type through extensive training.

Mechanics

Adds +2 to Attack Strength (AS) and bonuses to PSM attack/defensive strength when using a weapon of the type chosen to specialize in.

Additional Information

Previously, Weapon Specialization was split into three skills (wspec1, wspec2, wspec3) that acted in an identical fashion but only applied to a specific weapon base. With the PSM Phase 3 update, the skill applies to all weapons within a given weapon skill.

Ranks in this skill are no longer a prerequisite for Weapon Bonding or Holy Weapon (1625).
