The feature concealing ability can be found either on a cloak by itself, or in others such as ClimateWear or Peretta cloaks. The feature concealing ability will cover all of a character's features.

Analyze

You analyze your pyrothag hide cloak and sense that there is no recorded information on that item.  It may or may not be able to be worked on by a merchant alterer.

Usage
