A parasol is a lightly-scripted fluff item. There have been multiple versions of parasols, each with slightly different messaging, as well as being the possible base description for the sword cane.

Basic Parasol

Analyze

You analyze your silk parasol and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun."
