DoTFlares is an informal name for the collection of lore-based damage over time scripted flares originating with Rotflares. Rotflares was first introduced in 2014, and five new lore-based flares were introduced in 2022. All six scripted flares were compatible as a subscript with many other scripts.
In August 2024, all types of DoTFlares, including Rotflares, were updated to be compatible with the Flourish system as a Combat Flourish. They can be converted to the new Lore Flares script via the FLOURISH command.
The six types of DoTFlares include:
- Rotflares (the original)
- Blazeflares
- Cycloneflares
- Douseflares
- Rockflares
- Sacredflares
