The Fabricator is a container that holds stacks of fabric inside. It debuted at Ebon Gate in 2022 and is sold at Materials Maketh Man. Look/ShowIt does have a hard-coded show that may have the rattan, river reeds, and fabric lining customized. It will also display the fabric types, the count of each, and which is ready to be PLUCKed out. Fashioned of braided violet rattan and lilac river reeds, the hamper has a butterfly-patterned fabric lining that can be seen beyond the woven lid. A thin piece of slate is anchored to the top of the hamper, noting the following fabrics are stored within:
1. a bolt of watered silk (1, one of which is ready for plucking)
Tier 1This provides basic storage for your fabricator. While not listed in the analyze, PUT has messaging for when you put fabric into the fabricator. The proper syntax for that is the same as if you were putting an item into a standard container.AnalyzeWelcome to the Fabricator found in the shop Materials Maketh Man at Evermore Hollow. The hamper is designed to store 20 bolts of fabric, which can be either of the cobbling or un-zested variety. They are allowed to stack. Usage: PLUCK - Retrieve the fabric you have stored inside WHISPER - Tell the hamper which fabric you would like to retrieve Customizations: Dyed Color of Ratan: grey Dyed Color of Wicker: tan Design of Fabric Lining: a floral-patterned (must start with an article) The hamper is tier 1 of 2. Usage
Tier 2Tier 2 allows the Fabricator to convert non-container fabric items into bolts of fabric and convert bolts of fabric into cobbling uppers or trim. To convert to cobbling uppers or trim, the Fabricator must be charged which is done with blue crystals.AnalyzeWelcome to the Fabricator found in the shop Materials Maketh Man at Evermore Hollow. The hamper is designed to store 20 bolts of fabric, which can be either of the cobbling or un-zested variety. They are allowed to stack. Usage: PLUCK - Retrieve the fabric you have stored inside WHISPER - Tell the hamper which fabric you would like to retrieve Advanced Usage: FEED - Transform an unzested cloth item into a bolt of unzested fabric GAZE - Check the charged status of the hamper NUDGE - Toggle between creating cobbling Uppers or Trim PUSH - Transform an unzested bolt of fabric into a cobbling fabric RUB - Charge the hamper (Must be a blue crystal and have at least 2 charges) Note: Crystals are consumed during charging process. All fabrics must be held in order to use the Advanced Usage options. Customizations: Dyed Color of Ratan: blue Dyed Color of River Reeds red Design of Fabric Lining: a star-patterned (must start with an article) The hamper is tier 2 of 2. Usage
Additional InformationThe fabricator doesn't take anything with the noun cloth because it isn't a type of fabric, per se. It requires one of the lengthy list of fabric nouns and/or adjectives in order to work. This is intended as the results with the fabric being just "cloth" can get funky in some of the systems it works with. |
