Town Gardens

The Town Gardens Herb Shop was operated by a wizened old elf in the town of River's Rest.

The old elf operated out of the town gardens, where he sold not just herbs, but potions as well to help improve one's health and appearance. He was reached by taking a footpath north of the town's commons. He was just south of the town's local empath guild building.
