Stamina potion

Stamina potions can be made by empaths through the Alchemic Potions subskill of Alchemy.

The potions have a level requirement and have a recovery period before one can be used again.

Minor stamina potion

A minor stamina potion can be made by an empath with 4 ranks in Alchemic Potions.

This potion will give the imbiber 15 stamina points.

1. Add water
2. Add 2 doses of smooth stone
3. Add ground oats
4. Add essence of vitality
5. Alchemy Simmer
   
6. Alchemy Seal

Lesser stamina potion

1. Add water
2. Add powdered star ruby
3. Add glimmering blue essence shard
4. Add essence of vitality
5. Alchemy Boil
   
6. Alchemy Seal
