Symbol of Courage

The Symbol of Courage is obtained at the fifth rank of the Order of Voln. Symbol of Courage increases one's generic AS and UAF. Symbol of Courage adds 3 phantom levels against fear-based attacks.

Using Symbol of Courage

• Type SYMBOL OF COURAGE.
• Symbol of Courage increases the user's AS and UAF by a value equal to their rank in the Order.

AS/UAF Bonus = Rank(Character)

• The duration of Symbol of Courage is equal to 10 seconds times the number of ranks the character has obtained in the Order of Voln. Repeated uses of Symbol of Courage add onto the duration; this symbol is stackable.

Favor Cost

• Symbol of Courage uses 24 units of favor. One can use Symbol of Courage 10 times per spin.

Obtaining Symbol of Courage

Talk to the fifth monk on the path to enlightenment. You must have 600 levels of favor to obtain the required task.

Wehnimer's Landing Task

• Start at the monastery courtyard and go: W, W, W, GO TRAIL, S, GO TRAIL, E, E, N, NE. Repeatedly go N, NE until you exit the forest. GO TRAIL, GO PATH.
• Standing in front of the graveyard gate, recite a poem honoring Lord Jastev using the RECITE (verb). A working poem is:

recite Lord Jastev is a sullen soul.; Lord Jastev is artistic indeed.;
Lord Jastev the self-possessed.; Lord Jastev is morbid true;
Lord Jastev serious, too.

• Return to the monk to receive your symbol.

• Recite a poem honoring Lord Jastev using the RECITE (verb). A working poem is:
