Untamed Spirit

[Untamed Spirit -]
Dampness clings to the cracked stone walls of this lopsided hut, making the enclosed space perpetually moist and musty. Guttering candles, their flames a sullen blue, are scattered around a central stone altar and the prayer rug laid out in front of it, the various items arrayed on top of them subtly reflecting the eerie light. Wind constantly seeps into the area, sending the ragged animal hide over the door fluttering every so often. You also see a dark opening.

The weapons and shields in this room, as well as the one to the north, contain the trapped spirit of an animal. Be warned - they are wild and untamed, often lashing out in anger at those they do not know. Tame them and partner with them, however, to soothe the wild spirit within. Attack with them and their bestial power will be unleashed on your enemies in the form of Animalistic Fury flares, the strength of them increasing as the spirit's trust in you grows. Visit the shrine through the opening to unlock their further potential. In the shop next door, you will find armors to pair with these items.
