Wearable Quills are zesty pin-worn writing utensils that show as "tucked behind one ear" in someone's inventory. This may not be the official name. They are available for sale in Bloodriven Village in the shop Written Word.
Analyze
You analyze your vulture feather quill and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

This quill can be altered, but the noun must remain as 'quill'. No long or show descriptions; base descriptions only (see ALTER 2). When worn, this will appear in your inventory as "tucked behind one ear".
