Custom Tangleweed
Custom Tangleweed is a type of advanced spell customization that changes the appearance of the vine cast via the Tangleweed (610). Pre-written custom tangleweeds are available at various festivals, pay events, and at Bayview Villa on Mist Harbor. Fully custom tangleweeds are a delayed service when the player is writing their own. Custom tangleweed is part of the Player Customization System and is managed via the CUSTOM verb.
Custom tangleweed sets consist of two different vine appearances:
- Defensive (entangling) vine
- Offensive (damaging) vine
Custom tangleweeds support long descriptions. They must be some sort of naturally occurring vine and have some sort of damaging structure for the offensive version of the spell. Unnaturally occurring vines have been made available at special events when thematically appropriate.
