Gornar is an earth-aligned metal, very similar in properties to rhimar, zorchar, and drakar in every property aside from its elemental alignment. Gornar is a relatively recent discovery in Elanthia due to its rock-like color and consistency.
Gornar has a tendency to vibrate uncontrollably, which will cause additional damage to a struck opponent, but also can be troublesome should a weaponsmith attempt to forge the metal, as it can very easily shake loose from the grip of a pair of forging tongs.
