Elemental soulstone
Gleaming multicolored soulstones are used to enter the Elemental Confluence. It takes 10 'souls' equivalent to level 100 to be trapped within the soulstone to enter. They are also used as an ingredient for a sparkling shard of reflective soulstone, which is used to reset elemental attunement.

Charging
One must WEAR the soulstone and kill elementally-aligned creatures to charge it. It is a pin-worn, functional item.
Only the individual who gets the final hit on the creature can charge their soulstone. There is no advantage to grouping when farming elemental souls.
Each kill is equal to the creature's level. 100 creature levels = 1 soul within the soulstone. 10 souls are required to enter the Confluence. A soulstone can hold 100 elemental souls, or 10,000 creature levels of kills. Thus, ~10 greater water elemental kills are needed for one entry, or ~20 lesser ice elementals. 9.5 elemental souls, or 950 creature level kills, are subtracted each time a character enters an instability; thus, one should kill, on average, 10 elementals during each entry on the Confluence to break even.
