Custom flare messaging premiered at Ebon Gate 2018 with pre-made options.
The initial release allowed for [pre-made] customization of 10 types of flares: fire, cold, electricity, acid, vacuum, plasma, steam, unbalance, grapple, and impact (earth). The release was in the form of automated certificates that should be READ and ANALYZEd carefully.
Once a custom flare message is applied, it cannot be overwritten.
On greater elemental flares, the messaging will replace only the regular flare occurrence.
