Priestess Roisinne helps tend to the Tower of the Sea Princess, a holy shrine dedicated to Niima that is located outside of the city Fairport, in the County of Torre. She gave a tour of the Tower as adventurers escorted Lady Sayilla Javilerre on her overland journey from River's Rest to Brisker's Cove in Lormestra, 5123. Taking on the responsibilities passed on to her by her mother, she tends mostly to the fish in the Tower's various aquariums.

She is wearing a rose gold sundial inlaid with tortoiseshell, a sideless gown of nacreous silk bound by strands of dark ivory prayerbeads, and a pair of thonged leather sandals.
