| Alternating tiles of white, black, and light grey create intriguing floor patterns that have been mimicked with paint to a halfway point on the walls where they meet a solid travertine border of dark grey. Woven baskets overflowing with white jasmine hang strategically throughout the shop and infuse their sweet fragrance into the ocean-scented air. Working ardently behind a light grey travertine counter, a brown-haired designer pauses briefly to greet each customer that enters the shop. | |

a studious brown-haired designer Shielded behind her obsidian-cut square-framed glasses, Ceyna's striking green eyes are embellished with thin black wisps that sweep across the lids and slant upward toward the brow's outer point. Her softly sculpted features are framed inside taut crimson ringlets that are interspersed with pale golden highlights. A form-fitting apron with wide pockets hangs around her neck and is weighted down from a variety of tools, both metal and wood. Her hands are the only part of her visible form that shows any sort of depreciation from her line of work, the skin cracked and dry with red patches and an intermittent half-healed injury.
On the travertine counter you see: a framed sign.

Under the travertine counter you see: a leatherbound design book.

A studious brown-haired designer retrieves a large book and places it on travertine counter for you to peruse. "Here you go," she says. "Take all the time you need."
