Perfect Self is a combat maneuver available to Monks only, that enchances all stats.

There are two prerequisites necessary to gain these enhancements.

1. Surge of Strength (Rank 3)

2. Burst of Swiftness (Rank 3)

Description

Permanently enhances all ten stats by +2 per rank.
