Appearance
You see Ambassador Juhle Barnaclaw the Tall Tale of Kraken's Fall.
She appears to be a Burghal Gnome of the Isle of Ornath.
She is short. She appears to be fully in stride with young adulthood. She has sparkling blue-green eyes and freckled skin. She has shoulder length, glossy copper red hair gathered into a loose top knot and skewered with a pair of pearl-tipped driftwood hairsticks. She has a heart-shaped face, a button nose and rosy cheeks.
She has a tiny white crystal skull in her right nostril, a ship's wheel tattoo on her ankle, a sailing ship tattoo on her wrist, and a Winedotter bloodmark tattoo on her neck.
She is wearing a bristly ship rat, a dark grey sharkskin jacket fastened with a tiny blue sea glass dolphin, a tiny enamel muffin pin sprinkled with colorful crystal sugars, a small Silvergate pin, a dark grey sharkskin haversack secured with a shark-cut bone buckle, a twisted cloth-of-silver robe with a glowing blue crystal, a loose blue silk blouse with wrist-bound sleeves, a simple blued steel wristchain, some niveous suede handwraps studded with white jade, a bright white sharkskin belt, a fish-etched copper key strung from braided rawhide cords, a storm grey lacquered dagger sheath inlaid with ship-inset blue thunderstones, a cire leather herb kit scuffed at the corners, a dark grey sharkskin gem pouch secured with a shark-cut bone clasp, a coarse burlap sack, some fitted cobalt suede pants fastened with ivory buttons, and some pale leather sandals inset with snowy jade.

History
Once the daughter of a wealthy merchant family in a coastal gnome city, Juhle ran away from a life of comfort after witnessing a monk defeat a band of pirates without drawing a weapon. Inspired, she stowed away on a fisherman's boat and eventually found herself on a drifting monastery that floats with the currents. She's now a wandering tide-born monk who protects small villages and sea lanes from threats - both natural and magical.
