Sewer rat pheromones

Sewer rat pheromones are helper items designed for Duskruin's Bloodriven Sewers activity. They help attract sewer rats in the sewers for a short duration. They often take on the form of a rat-shaped vial.
They have been made available by various means over the event's lifespan. They are sold in The Mar and Scar shop.
Analyze
You analyze the rat-shaped vial and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
This is a vial of rat pheromones that will help you attract rats in the sewers at Bloodriven Village. Vials can hold up to 10 applications, and each application will last 3 minutes. Applications will not stack.
You get no sense of whether or not the vial may be further lightened.
