Representational map of the in-game rooms comprising the River's Rest Festival Grounds. The entry to the festival grounds is noted as being just outside of River's Rest, down a path east of the drawbridge. The map is titled, "Grounds of Pickle Fest", dated August 18, 2014, with Astru as the cartographer.

The Pickle Festival, often referred to as simply Picklefest, is one of two free festivals hosted by River's Rest in their nearby Festival Grounds. A recurring town tradition, the first Pickle Festival was held sometime around 2002 and spearheaded by GM Bradach. In 2013, the Pickle Festival returned for several years as a recurring annual festival to celebrate one favorite aspect of the local cuisine.

Both the Pickle Festival and the Winterberry Festival utilize the local festival grounds. The River's Rest Festival grounds are located outside of town, just east of the drawbridge.

It's that time of year again! Picklerific festival time! Come on down to River's Rest for the annual Pickle Festival! In addition to the traditional recipe and poetry contests, there will be shops and merchants periodically throughout the weekend. Come visit! Get pickled!
