Elanith

Elanith is the primary continent of Elanthia and is the home of the adventurers of GemStone IV. Elanith is bisected by the Dragon Spine Mountains into the West and the Elven Nations.

Several very old stories and NPCs refer to the continent as Jontara, with Elanith meaning the Darkstone Bay region.
